Photo being reviewed

So I downloaded this on the 28 th at around 5 am in the morning and uploaded a photo... My photo pended review for more than 2 days until finally I created a new account. I uploaded a photo today at around 1 and I am hoping that I do not have the same issue with this account. I was wondering if anyone else had the same issue?
